We are proud of our e-bikes and convinced of their quality. Therefore, we offer a 24-month warranty on frames and all parts of the bikes from the date of purchase.
Excluded are replacement parts as well as damages after crashes or improper use. To check the validity of the warranty claims, a copy of the sales receipt is required.
The warranty is valid worldwide. The statutory warranty claims remain unaffected by the guarantee.
If there is a defect in the product, please send us a picture of the damage and a short description. We will help you as soon as possible.
